On the firths two days of this week we had a north wind, and the following days we had winds from the west but with not problem to go fishing.

Temperatures Feels like: 74??
Humidity: 37%
Sunrise: 6:06 AM
Sunset: 6:47 PM

Yellowtail:
San Bruno reef 18 to 20 miles north of Loreto.
The best fishing days were Monday and Tuesday
Slow on Wednesday and Thursday
Today, the fishing improves
Weight from 20 to 30 pounds

Punta Mangle 20 to 22 miles north by the coastline
On this site and in an area of more than 3 miles the Yellowtail is eating at the water surface.
In this area is a lot of action but is harder to capture because the yellowtail have a lot of food, The reason for fishing in this area is that you have the chance to catch a few Yellowtail, Snapper and Cabrillas.

Punta Tintorera, Carmen Island. East of Loreto
Yellowtail is eating at the water surface or make boiled on the surface of the water.
The best day fishing is the last Wednesday; most boats captured more than 6 to 12 pieces of yellowtail.
Today this place is slow only one or two yellowtail, plus couple Cabrillas.

We show a picture from Reed Kaplan with a rare crossing brown cabrilla and yellow.

Big eye bait, out side of the Marina Loreto early in the morning.

Or you can buy on the bait boat, 10 pieces for 15 usd, 15 for 20 and 20 for 25.
